This is a VIDEO series on  "ALL HISTORY" as seen in...

"The Story of The Great Books of Western Philosophy"

The current VIDEO series is looking at the great Saint Augustine and his City of God...

I dreamed I saw Saint Augustine alive as you or me,

tearing through these quarters in the utmost urgency...

We are now doing a video series on the great Saint Augustine, universally recognized as perhaps the greatest Christian writer who ever lived, for better or worse, one might say.  Why?  It has to do with the quality and scope of his work, and the fact Augustine is the culminating Christian figure of antiquity as well as the figure who most overtly defines Christianity for mankind on earth until this present day. Augustine gives the total substance of the Christian faith that will stand to this day and that will be debated intensely in the Reformation by both sides.  Furthermore, Augustine in his City of God, which we are now doing, gives, without question, the best understanding of the story of all history in terms of the overall Christian cosmology from the Creation to the Final Judgment, which, of course, is a central subject of these video Programs. Quite possibly, our understanding of mankind's existence on earth for the next 1000 years will be determined by our understanding of Augustine, and indeed, perhaps as established in these very Programs.

This VIDEO, today, is  Program 862, and it is entitled...

-----

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 90

Today, on to Book XVI of Augustine’s City of God. Where is history going? New spiritual life in Christ for everyone on earth, giving a true love of wisdom, justice and righteousness for the personal as well as the corporate life of the Body politic, otherwise known as the Kingdom Era in government, law, education, and entertainment.

from The Early Church Fathers>>>>

He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never sound retreat...

Today, the whole planet stands before us (philosophically and religiously) in almost an identical fashion as the entire Roman Empire did before the early Christians in those early centuries of the faith. And though our Bible Christianity today is generally pretty good, the Early Christians were consistently outstanding, and they had to be to prevail in that time, as we will have to be in our time, if we are to overcome and win out as they did victoriously in spreading the Gospel and in winning hearts and minds. What the Church today can learn from The Early Church Fathers could fill volumes in my opinion, or at least a good number of video Programs, anyway...  When the dust finally settled on the Roman Empire ("the world" of that time) only Christ and Christianity were left standing, that is, philosophically, religiously, and intellectually. In our time the very similar faulty philosophies and religions may succumb as well, with time in coming generations, to the (theological) truth and (spiritual) reality of the Gospel, that is, if the whole process is not accelerated by possibly or presumably pending sets of cataclysmic judgments and tribulations. Still, the Early Christians did something Christ and the Apostles never did while on earth, namely, conquer a world empire, intellectually and spiritually speaking. These early Christians were good, very good at what they did, namely, spreading the faith victoriously, and what is more they are generally, today, almost totally unappreciated philosophically and religiously as well as intellectually, both by Christians and non-Christians, for their truly remarkable accomplishments...

Program 861: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 89

Today, what would be a Kingdom of God on earth if it is to come? And, today, Augustine gives a more complete Christianity than any other person who has ever lived, in my opinion. And, today, the two Cities at length in their moral and philosophical truth and their spiritual reality. Indeed what are true Love and Justice, and who has them?

Program 860: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 88

Philosophically and spiritually the two Cities are, in fact, playing themselves out in history as two modes of being, regardless of the City that you think is right or wrong or most desirable, etc.

Program 859: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 87

Again, we are now looking at the history of the two Cities, and at the desirability and reality of the City of God or, that is, new life in the Spirit. And we look at length today at false, Liberal Christianity and cosmic humanism and how these things relate to a larger theory of history. And, today, cosmic humanism is, in my view, the swan song of humanism.

Program 858: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 86

Again, this Book XIV is the whole thing for The City Of God and for mankind on earth and for us today, of course. And today, what is "believe and receive" in Christianity? And one cannot criticize the Christian experience of the peace of God in one’s heart as crazy until one tries it one’s self. And the perfect state of Humanist Manifesto III only succeeds by stealing the classical rhetoric of Christianity, no less, in seeking a supposed "social justice" and "charity" and so forth. And, yet again, it all comes down to the two Cities.

Program 857: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 85

Everyone gets to choose which of the two spiritual realities one wants to live in, that is, one chooses either for the City of God or for the City of Man. I personally think when the City of God becomes clearly true as well as available to all people, it will be sought in the vast majority of cases, and this will change the overall spiritual reality of life on earth, and politically as well, ultimately, and in a real and non-utopian way.  (Again, there are a number of skips in this video.)

Program 856: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 84

Today, we continue with what I am calling the apex of The City of God, Book XIV, on the two loves of God and of self, and how they relate to the two Cities: the City of God and the City of Man, and how these things relate to an Augustinian Christianity. (Again, there are a number of skips in this video.)

Program 855: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 83

This Book XIV is arguably the apex of the text, with the themes of love of self versus love of God. The whole point of the faith is the experience of the love of God shed abroad in our hearts as Paul says in Romans, and Augustine is very aware of this in antiquity as are others, and Wesley is most famously in modernity along with possibly Edwards. (One of our better Programs, I’d say.)

Program 854: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 82

Again, the big story here is the origin, history, and ends of the two Cities of God and Man. And, again today, cosmic humanism of Humanist Manifesto III is utopian and of the City of Man. And, in fact, if one buys into cosmic humanism or Christian or Jewish Liberalism one is almost inevitably going to buy into things like homosexual marriage, which tends to be more a symptom of a faulty worldview than the spiritual problem itself. And, today, the range of emotions we have as humans are not technically always spiritual states, as such. And lifting one’s self up in pride debases one. (There are a number of skips in this video.)

Today we continue with Book XIV of Augustine’s City of God and the two loves: love of God and love of self, and their two modes of being of life in the Spirit and life in the fallen nature. And we should only elect people to be leaders of the people who are "lovers of good"! I wonder when is the last time we used that as a voting standard?! And, the joy of the Lord is a main part of the Christian faith.

Today on to Book XIV of The City of God, and questions of do you base your life on love of God or love of self, and, today, pleasure itself is not good or bad but rather there are good pleasures and bad pleasures. The point is to live according to Truth, which is of God.

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 79

Again Part 2 of The City of God is about the origins, history, and end of the two Cities of God and of Man...  And I develop the fact there are two modes of being for us as people on earth, namely, new life in the Spirit (in Christ) or life in the fallen flesh. And today on to Book XIII, and how Adam "died" when he sinned.

Again, Part Two of Augustine’s City of God is books XI thru XXII, and it deals with the origin, history and ends of the two Cities, that is, of the City of God and the City of Man. And, again, a few passing comments on the complexities of dates of civilizations, and of the Creation (even Origen had it at 10,000 BC and thus six 1000 year "days" for him), but, regardless, there are various other problems with "evolution" as we often or tend to understand it. And, today, more on utopian problems with "Julia." (At 37:58 minutes I mean to say Humanist Manifesto III, not I.)

Program 849: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 77

Today, on to book XII of Augustine’s City of God. Is the truth of Bible mere church "dogma"? Hardly. But the truly brilliant Augustine has not started the entire City of God with the question of the basic truth of Scripture; rather, the first 10 books centered on the truth of the Natural Revelation or natural theology, first, before starting on Scripture, something the modern Christian rarely if ever does to his detriment. C. S. Lewis would be something of an exception on this. And, today, more on the nature of the fallen angels.

Program 848: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 76

Again, the Rationality of the natural moral law and natural revelation is a different thing than the basic truth of Scripture and the Christian cosmology, and also today how Augustine develops what he sees to be the complex but clear play between the two (of Scripture and the natural revelation) from Plato’s writings. And, today, Augustine says we are to use money to worship God and not use God to worship money! And as Christians we specifically seek the "spiritual sweetness" of God, and, clearly, long before Descartes, Augustine says we are, we know that we are, and we can delight in our existence, and even if we are deceived, we still we cannot doubt that we "are" in being deceived. Augustine even discusses the curious phenomenon of seeing "beauty" in nature or in a beautiful mountain range, etc. Cicero, in fact, had done this as well. We also can sense the "justice" in some things by the presence of a principle ("intelligible idea"), and the unjust by the lack of it. (Wow! Let us all acknowledge Augustine as the greatest philosopher ever?)

Today we look at the Christian cosmology from the Creation to the Final Judgment and the origin and destinies of the two "Cities" and how reasonable this can all be seen to be. And, also, we cannot deny the reality of the Good, True, and Right. And, today, we look at Augustine’s treatment of the creation of Lucifer and how God uses Lucifer’s rebellion for good.

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 74

In Book X Augustine is shifting from the truth of the Natural Revelation to the truth of the Special Revelation of the Bible. And, again, Neo-Platonism is not the spiritual peace of Christian salvation, and only in Christ can we be made right with God. Also Paul condemns worldly wisdom not the wisdom of God or of Solomon, etc. This is something Christians today often do not understand. And then we move on to Part 2 of the work The City of God in Book XI on the origin, history and destiny of the two Cities, and Christ is the Wisdom of God.

Why is The City of God truly such a great book and why do we miss this fact whether Christians or non-Christians? The America founders were trying to "establish Justice" in order to "secure the Blessing of Liberty" and not the other way around, as conservatives often think today. Also redistribution will not secure the blessings of Liberty. And the Kingdom come is the middle class family life, and it is not John Lennon’s or Barack Obama’s undesirable utopia of getting all the world’s goods and wealth to be handed out by the one world government while we all get in touch with and live in some supposed pristine state of nature, etc.

Today, we continue with the themes of Book 5 of The City of God, namely, who gives the victory in battles? God does, though we have the free decision to fight or not to fight to the best of our ability, but that is as far as our determination of history goes, thus giving God Sovereignty in all history but to us free will as well. Paradox and problem largely solved! So, Augustine says Cicero is wrong, it is not either God has foreknowledge or we have free will, but rather it is both, says Augustine.

More today on the foolishness and undesirable nature of humanist and utopian theories of the state and on the desirability of the classic 4 cardinal virtues of wisdom or discernment, justice, fortitude or courage and temperance or avoiding undesirable extremes, and today the just or righteous shall live by faith or trusting in the one, true God, and Augustine even claims Cicero thought the one, true God was the God of the Hebrews! And today God determines the outcome of great events by his Sovereignty, but we are still free agents within the larger story, the story that God is controlling, argues Augustine, correctly in my view.

In truth, we have degenerated into a society of competing interest groups of cosmic humanism. And today we see the brilliance of the American founders was to create a society to do Justice, which for Augustine is the reign of Christ. And again and again in Augustine quoting the pagans Cicero and Scipio, moral profligacy destroys the society and the nation.

Again, Justice is the harmonious interaction of the parts of the body or orchestra, which is the reign of Christ, and then one makes laws with Wisdom for the good of the nation. Christianity, as such, tends to be specifically about sin-and-salvation and new spiritual life in Christ with God in our hearts. However, a complete Christianity includes good government, and it is not to be found in Liberalism and humanism. Today, again, Neo-Platonic mysticism is not the same thing as experiencing an actual God in your heart, says Augustine, and the humanists do not have a realistic or even desirable theory of heaven on earth, though the City of God does have a just, realistic, and desirable state, and again Justice is the harmonious interaction of the parts of the body or members of the orchestra, and this is a Natural Law phenomenon, and it is the reign of Christ, de facto, and it explains how true Justice and liberty work

Program 827: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 55

Augustine really has virtually all the solutions for our problems today in religion and government, that is for true religion and good government. And the classic virtues of justice, moderation, courage, wisdom actually promote the well-being of the society or state, and this well-being is not promoted in the irrational cosmic humanism of Humanist Manifesto III or of John Lennon with no possessions and with a state that appropriates the fruit of everyone’s labor, etc., which is definitely not the Kingdom of God come on earth. And, today, again what does it mean for Christ to be Lord over the nations in a practical not utopian Kingdom Era?

Program 824: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 52

Again, in Augustine Christianity and Greek philosophy of antiquity culminate, and experience of Christian salvation and peace with God is not a Neo-Platonic mysticism nor a simple naturalistic experience of God, as valid as that can be, but rather it is the experience and reality of God coming to tabernacle in our hearts. And, today, Augustine’s prayer on the Holy Spirit, and more on the confusions surrounding the idea of metaphysics and how they relate to theories of the state.

Today, more on good citizenship in the good state and what C. S. Lewis calls "the longest way around is the shortest way home" to the good society by getting everybody on board for it. The good society is neither anarchy nor tyranny but a middle path of true Justice and Liberty, and also today how all of this relates to Augustine and Cicero.

Today, more of Augustine’s City of God and how it relates to us today and a possible Kingdom of God come on earth in true religion in spirit and truth and in good government in the harmony of the parts of the body politic in Justice. And, again, Augustine is not doing a Neo-Platonic "mysticism," and he is overtly opposed to Epicureanism, which will so plague modern atheist man. We also look at the two faulty paths of today’s political theory of faulty "liberty" and faulty "justice" and at the truly Just republic, which is, de facto, the reign of Christ.

Today, more on Augustine’s concept of the Just state and why it is, de facto, the reign of Christ, and how it relates to a very real Christian salvation and the experience of it. So, how do we set up the Just or desirable state? And also today humanistic theories of education simply cannot produce excellence in education no matter how many billions of dollars we throw at them. We simply must return to the reality of true Good and real Truth. And, today, Pastor’s Joe famous Kansas legislature prayer. Look out!!! And finally Washington’s Thanksgiving Day Proclamation seeking Wise, Just, and Constitutional laws!!! Oh, that we would also so seek them as well and in true religion and virtue!!!

In the City of Man there is no real moral good or real Justice for the state, and this is not Rational, and it is a complete violation of common sense for a complete theory of knowledge and the state. We should want neither all-government nor no-government theories of the state, but a middle path, and we look today at Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater on this. Also the City of Man philosophies cannot deal with the mind/ body problem, but all these and other mysteries of existence are explained, and only explained, by Christianity, Rationally speaking.

Good government is based on the Rational, practical, and moral, and indeed so is good education! The problem in education is a false, amoral humanist theory of existence and of the state. What is really the reign of Christ for government, and what is the will of God for us in true religion in relationship to God? Good government is all based on a good Rational moral theism of the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, that is, the Natural (moral) Law and on well-regulated (just) free markets and free enterprise, and today we do more on how all of these things relate to good politics, good laws, civic virtue, and education.

The "Kingdom come" today in true religion and good government? Quite possibly, with the keys given to us by Augustine. And, today, why the Marxist and Liberal do not establish true Justice with their egalitarianism or "positive rights" of the entitlement state. Augustine clearly is taking us to school on true Christianity and on good or just government, big time, and this is why the literal Kingdom of God come on earth as described in the Bible is a true possibility for our time if we will just listen up (as the expression goes) to Augustine. Once we come to understand the truths of this Program, we will set up the literal Kingdom of God come on earth, and the Bible says it will last 1000 years. Program 802: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 30

True Christianity is peace in your heart with Christian salvation, and Christian government is based on Justice, but this is all in terms of amillennialism for Augustine, but John Wesley begins to think in terms of postmillennialism in the 18th century for our establishing an actual Kingdom of God come on earth in our time. Bottom-line? The key to a possible Kingdom of God come on earth in our time is re-discovering both Augustine’s Christianity and his theory of good government, the second of which he gets from Cicero’s concept for government, as do the American founders. (And today why true Christian experiences of God are sometimes confused with a faulty Neo-Platonic "mysticism.")

Today, Augustine’s City of God and how it relates to us today and to a possible Kingdom of God come on earth in our lifetimes. Why? What is the Kingdom Era? True religion in spirit and truth and good and righteous governments in Justice, not complicated really and just as the American founders held, though, of course, not explicitly in Kingdom Era terms. But, today, we see how the 2 Cities of God and Man work out through history to the end of time. And we see how all of those who sought sanctuary in the churches in the sacking of Rome were spared. And we get into the story of Scipio and Cato and the role of moral virtue in preserving the state. And Augustine also develops the relationship between true liberty and true justice, a topic of central importance for us today. For Augustine, the decline of Rome is all a matter of right living and the judgment of God, just as it is, one can say, for the prophets with the ancient Israelites when they (in their prosperity) turn from the righteousness of God and come under God’s judgment...

The Liberals’ view of Epicureanism, the Bible, legal positivism, and "higher criticism" is of the City of Man and virtually defines the City of Man, but ultimately none of the City of Man positions are really based on Reason. And, basically, the Christian is always to "be ready to give a reason for the hope that is within him," and he is to "cast down every argument that would exalt itself against a knowledge of God" (in both the Natural and Special Revelations). Interestingly, the atheist Russell is an atheist-warrior mirror image of this giving, as it were, reasons why he has no (Christian) hope within him, and he casts down, as it were, every argument that would exalt itself against a knowledge of atheism and of his logical positivism or better said, he tries to. At 27:30 minutes I mean to say Justin’s Logos Christology and not Tertullian’s. Also, today, Schaeffer and Solzhenitsyn have a similar theory of history and of America. Today, more on the 2 "Cities" of Man and God in Augustine, and how they relate to the larger story of philosophy and especially to economics and to today’s politics as well as to "higher criticism" of the Bible.

Program 788: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 16

Again, today, almost all Western philosophy in its major themes after Augustine is either building on Augustine or reacting against him. Hence, for better or worse, philosophers tend to build on and defend the City of God as the correct position or to build on and defend the City of Man as the supposedly correct position. At 11:04 minutes Engels holds that the American Revolution was not based on the clearly stated principles of Justice in the Declaration (which are supposedly meaningless verbiage) but on underlying unconscious class interests. And, today, a good bit on the two false paths and the two actual paths we must choose between in this year’s election, and also I do a good bit today on the fallacies of "higher criticism."

Program 787: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 15

Today, I get into how many Christians in our time simply do not understand what and how much is at stake with Augustine’s "City of God" concept, and today how the two Cities relate to a postmodern multiculturalism, which is so common in our time after the mid-20th century. And, again, we look at different ways to tell the story of Western philosophy besides the two Cities of Augustine vying with each other, apart from which you think is correct. Things get a bit technical today, but it is necessary to truly appreciate the story of Western philosophy. And finally we look at how Augustine’s two Cities relate to American and world politics and theories of government in our time and at how Augustine rightly understood is the solution to all of our problems today in government, education, law, economics, and of course religion. Can’t beat that?

Program 785: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 13

Today, we do much more in-depth studies on the City of God and the City of Man and how they play out in history in things like the City-of-Man French Revolution and the City-of-God American Revolution, and then how they play out in Britain and America in the 19th and 20th centuries. At 23:40 minutes there is a video skip. I say the supposed truth of City of Man theories prevail  in Britain and America (concerning the supposed falsity of both the Natural and Special Revelations), and this undermines the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, and this undermines real rights from God that were the basis of both societies in the 18th century. The City of Man asserts what is called "legal positivism," that is, there is no real higher moral law, and hence, there are no real rights from God.

Program 784: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 12

Again, Augustine‘s book The City of God is the story of all history and Christianity’s place in it, and it is still valid until this very day for Christians, and indeed non-Christians in the "City of Man" tend to define themselves over and against the City of God. This means both sides are doing Augustinian history, they just disagree on which "City" or "Kingdom" is correct. And, today, much more on the fallacies of "higher criticism" of the Special Revelation (the Bible) that so dominate the mainline denominations. Atheism is simply not an intellectually valid position. This is probably our most complete Program ever, philosophically and historically speaking.

Program 783: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 11

The truth is every major philosopher who comes after Augustine is either building upon Augustine's work that both the Special Revelation (of the Bible) and the Natural Revelation (of Reason) of the City of God are true or they are reacting against Augustine with a City of Man view that neither the Special Revelation (of the Bible) nor the Natural Revelation (of Reason) are true except for hard science in the Natural Revelation.  Russell and Durant, as all humanist atheists, hold to the latter view of the City of Man, of course. When God says to Moses that he is to tell Pharaoh that "I am that I am" had sent him, God is making it quite clear to Moses that He is not just another god or deity among all the other deities, but more generally we have many good reasons to believe the basic truth of historical events in Scripture, which the modern "higher critic" simply cannot see.

Today, a greater look at the Gospel, as such, and its relationship to Augustine’s City of God and the relationship of the Gospel to the Natural Revelation of common-sense Reason, and then how these things play out in modernity and then how "higher criticism" plays out in modernity, "higher criticism" which obviously will decimate, indeed destroy, the City of God of Augustine in our time. (At 11:52 minutes I mean to say "Natural Revelation" and not "Special Revelation.")

Program 781: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 9

Today, the philosophical and political aspects of Augustine’s City of God and how they relate to us in our time and to an understanding of the Christian state as practical, moral, and Rational (with Christ being Logos-Rationality, itself), while both the Liberal and radical reject this practical, moral, and Rational package. The atheist Russell even sees (correctly) this loss of the practical, moral, and Rational for humanists to be the challenge for the atheist and Liberal in our time, namely, to come up with a theory of the state that is practical, moral, and Rational without embracing a notion of God or "the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God" of Jefferson, and Russell cannot do it, try as he might. Again, pretty advanced stuff but in reality very basic to the story of Western philosophy and getting it right. (At 26:51 minutes I should not include the Stoics with the Epicureans, a clear misspeak, and at 6:20 minutes I mean to say "Liberal Judaism" and not "Christian Judaism.")

Program 780: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 8

Today we center on the specifically Biblical aspects of Augustine’s "City of God" and how they relate to the political confusions of our day, indeed as currently being debated between the two Presidential candidates in this very hour, and how these things relate to our American political heritage from Jefferson and the founders. The more things change, the more they remain the same? This must be one of our most intellectually enjoyable Programs, maybe even our greatest ever. (Again, I have not yet been able to work out the lighting on this new video set, but I hope to in the next few Programs.)

Program 779: On the The Early Church Fathers...

Saint Augustine: The City of God, Salvation, & the Tale of Two Cities in All History, Pt. 7

Today, from a new, undisclosed, remote location (deep in the Tennessee woods) we do an outline overview of the philosophical specifics of Augustine’s two "Cities," and how these philosophical specifics are the major issues in the entire history of Western philosophy and how they are the central issues of our time in philosophy, law, government, education, politics, and of course religion with the current failures of both Liberal Christianity and Liberal Judaism. We are moving into upper level philosophical discourse here; it just cannot be avoided. (Unfortunately I have not been able to work out the lighting on this new video set.)
